Hi,
I’ve been playing for nearly 2 weeks. So far I’ve learned E,A,D,G,C,F,Em,Am,Dm,B7. I know the E minor, E-minor pentatonic blues and C major scale and can play them fast. I can switch between all my chords pretty well, switching between them nicely apart from Dm and B7 which need a bit of work. I can play songs that include these chords. I practise probably 20-25 hrs a week. I’m starting to learn barre chords now.
I think my progress so far is amazing and so does my guitar teacher but I feel like I am missing something out.. is there anything I should learn that I haven’t already at this stage?
Matt, I don’t think I’ll forget anything. I play 4 hours a day without fail. How could I forget? I’m not rushing things, I’m doing it all thoroughly, I just put in a lot of hours because I love it!
